Theralympic speech, PLLC is a multidisciplinary therapeutic service provider designed to meet the needs of children and adults who are at risk for or diagnosed with developmental delays and/or disabilities. It is our aim to continue to provide exceptional services through our team of passionate experts that understand, develop, and wholeheartedly deliver state of the art treatment.
The dedication, knowledge, and expertise of Theralympic Speech lead to optimal success in the treatment and evaluation of our clients. Our approach is to create individualized treatment and evaluation plans within meaningful contexts using motivating interventions and the most up to date evidence based practices to optimize the progress of our clients. We assure the highest quality of treatment and evaluations, nurturing the whole patient. We believe in a holistic approach, treating/evaluating the whole child, not just the disorder. Client outcomes are best when a collaborative approach is used.

CHRISTIANA NEOPHYTOU
M.S., CCC-SLP
Christiana received her Master’s Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Adelphi University in 2014. Since then, she has been dedicated to providing quality therapeutic treatments and evaluations to clients of all ages. Throughout her employment, Christiana became specialized in the treatment of children ages birth through age three, creating individualized treatment plans to maximize progress. Theralympic Speech, PLLC was created based on her desire to provide optimal therapeutic interventions and the belief that all children deserve a voice. Christiana also dedicates time to supervising future therapists, sharing her knowledge and expertise as she believes it is important to give back to the field and assist in ensuring quality care for all clients. Christiana continues to educate herself in the latest evidence based practices related to the field of speech-language pathology, implementing such techniques into her therapy sessions to optimize progress. She is a member of the American Speech Language Hearing Association and is PROMPT trained, has experience in language development, central auditory processing disorder, behavioral and sensory based feeding disorders, childhood apraxia of speech (CAS), Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) and use Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) and is fluent in Greek.
STEPHANIE MONTANO

Stephanie received Master’s Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Adelphi University in 1997. Stephanie has served the birth to three population for more than 20 years, providing comprehensive evaluations and therapeutic services as part of a multidisciplinary team, while working closely with caregivers. Stephanie has served as clinical adjunct faculty at Long Island University-Post, Adelphi University, and Hofstra University working with undergraduate, graduate and doctoral students in classroom and clinical settings, as well as networking to place hundreds of students in their clinical internships each year. Stephanie has been supervising clinical fellows for the past 19 years. Stephanie is an active member of the American Speech Language and Hearing Association. She is PROMPT trained and has experience in language development, behavioral and sensory based feeding disorders, dysfluency (stuttering/cluttering), childhood apraxia of speech (CAS), speech/language delays, developmental/neurological disorders, aphasia, intellectual/developmental disabilities and autism spectrum disorders (ASD). She is conversational in Italian and Spanish.
